Personal Data Privacy Policy

This Personal Data Privacy Policy (hereinafter – the “Privacy Policy”) applies to all information that the website  https://bbcr.eu, located at the domain name  bbcr.eu, may obtain about the User during the use of the bbcr.eu website, its software, and its products.

1.1.5. “bbcr.eu Website” – a set of interrelated web pages located on the Internet at the unique URL https://bbcr.eu:, including its subdomains.

1.1.6. “Subdomains” – pages or a set of pages located on third-level domains belonging to  https://bbcr.eu, as well as temporary pages displaying the Administration’s contact details at the bottom.

7.2. The Administration is not liable if confidential information:

  • 7.2.1. Became public before its loss or disclosure;
  • 7.2.2. Was obtained from a third party before it was received by the Administration;
  • 7.2.3. Was disclosed with the User’s consent.

7.3. The User acknowledges that responsibility for any information accessible as part of tdbbc.ru lies with the person who provided such information.

7.4. The User agrees not to alter, lease, sell, distribute, or create derivative works from content owned by other Users, partners, or advertisers without written permission.

7.5. Text materials (articles, publications) available publicly may be distributed only with attribution to   https://bbcr.eu

7.6. The Administration is not responsible for losses resulting from deletion, malfunction, or inability to store user content.

7.7. The Administration is not responsible for direct or indirect damages resulting from use or inability to use the website, unauthorized access, or actions of third parties.

7.8. The Administration is not responsible for information posted by Users, including copyrighted materials posted without the owner’s consent.

  1. Additional Provisions

9.1. The Administration may amend this Privacy Policy without the User’s consent.

9.2. A new version becomes effective upon publication unless otherwise specified.
