According to the results of the expiring 2018 year, we can confidently say about the positive results of goals achievement in executing the production plan and sales volumes.
Plan performance indicators for the year are 100% in terms of production volume and nomenclature, which is the result of the high professionalism of the plant staff, reliable equipment and efficient work of the support services.
The company continues to invest in the development of production capacity and work to improve the quality of the product. For the next year a number of large-scale projects are planned to modernize production and increase its volume, as well as expand the range of manufactured bearings.
An integral part of our work is the promotion of our products and the consolidation of positions in international markets. We have done a lot of work in the field of promoting the BBC-R brand for 2018. During the year, the company regularly participated in international industry exhibitions, such as Hannover Messe (Hannover, Germany), AgroTech (Kelz, Poland), MSV (Brno, Czech Republic), TechIndustry (Riga, Latvia), meetings with clients in various regions, and some of them visited our plant in Riga.
In February 2018, a new representative office of the Baltic Bearing Company was opened in Poland, in the city of Lodz, – Baltic Bearing Company Sp.z o.o., and also the exclusive BBC-R distributor in Turkey the BILKEN RULMAN TIC. LTD company fully started to work.
Compared to the previous year, the level of sales doubled and the annual turnover of the company was about 10,5 million euros.
In general, the year 2018 was eventful, as a result, effective. In 2019, we plan to increase the pace of development and have already developed a special strategy! One of our priorities for next year is to increase the loyalty of existing customers and expand the regional network of distributors not only in Europe and the countries of the Customs Union, but all over the world!
