On 9 May, a production audit of the process and product was carried out at the production site of the Baltic Bearing Company by the 3rd party – our potential consumer. The company’s specialists made a detailed check of the quality management system of the enterprise for the degree of its compliance with the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.
The Control Plan, Flow chart, procedures and work instructions were studied in detail, a selective quality check was carried out on the mass-produced products in the plant laboratory.
Engineers and plant managers answered all questions of the guests.
The management of the company is confident that such audits are extremely useful for monitoring the current QMS and constantly improving it.
